Therefore, we hereby introduce to you a brand new user-friendly application so call "MyPass-KeyChain", with this app and terminal we provided, your staff can easily take attendance, and during the month end you can also easily view your staff attendance report "Digitally".
What is MyPass-KeyChain?
-This app is license based, so your staff is unable to forge second keychain on their second phone.
-The IN and OUT Token is uniquely generated by each phone with specific info encrypted inside. Therefore if this app is installed in your staff phone, he/she is unable to use their KeyChain on other terminal provided by us.
-The Token generated is unable to by other person, for example help colleague to scan in or out, because each token generated on phone only has 5 seconds validity.
-You also can access the attendance report anytime anywhere as long as your have a device with internet connectivity
How does it work?
1. Your company IT Admin need to send down the license key to staff, and the staff will need to key in into the app and register the license on our end.
2. After done with the license registration, that particular license will longer valid to any other party(Noted: The license code sold to your company can only be use by your company, it has no value to other company due to each license has specific special company info on our end, to do so is to prevent any malicious sales activity occur in between).
3. After done with license registration, the staff will need to register their identity to company end for using app and generate token purposes.
4. Until this stage you staff is good to go, it's only that easy.
