Ratings and reviews

Please default to open incidents again (or give me the choice). The most common things I use the app for is Acknowledging, Snoozing and resolving incidents, and also creating a new page. All of this is now hidden behind another tap from the new home screen using a narrow bit of text which can be missed easily. I understand there can be some useful info in there, but I would much rather THAT information be more taps away. I used to be able to open the app, quickly swipe and be done; no more.

Functionality-wise it works great. Aesthetically it keeps going downhill. They need to stop adding clutter to the home screen, or at least let users choose what to display on the home screen. When I open the app I want to immediately see my incidents, these days you have to click into another screen to see them.

The app now tries to fit too much information in a limited space. The text has shrunk to an unreadable size, and actual useful data is multiple clicks deep in triage. Bad, bad UI. When you have a page for a critical service, trying to navigate a horrible UI is not what one needs to be doing.

What's new in version 7.23:

- We have introduced the new minimum OS requirements to ensure the app continues to be innovative and secure. As a result, the current and future versions of the app will require Android 10.0 or higher. Please ensure your device is upgraded to continue receiving mobile app updates.
- Bug fix for intermittent crash during the multi-selection of incidents.
