I paid$60 US dollars subscription and was able to access the paper for only 10 days, thereafter all attempts to download the paper failed and the app keeps asking me to subscribe and pay. This is a scam, utmost incompetence and total dishonesty unexpected from an institute such as the Nation. I have emailed their customer service appealing for help and not even an acknowledgement is forthcoming. Readers beware and steer clear of this Nation scam. You will lose your money.
On subscription I enjoyed the epaper. But today I was unable to read my Sunday edition, because the system required me to register again. On doing so it was returning errors that fields marked with asterisk are mandatory, despite the fact they were all completed. To quote another user: 'For standard epaper, you click the paper, make payment and after verification the paper opens immediately.' For Nation I only read twice on the day I downloaded the application (last Friday) and yesterday. Today, I switched to the 'Standard' because of the failure of the 'Nation'.
Finally The Nation have realized its true worth, pulling out Safaricom out this thing was the best thing ever. Now I can subscribe for the papers with what I could have used on bundles. Thank you Nation Media Group you heard my prayers

Will agree its better than the previous version. Why then have different app for BD, Nation, Taifa Leo....
Its the best. Two erroneous subscriptions I made were both refunded. Its unbelievable.
