Bought a subscription in app, Google kindly took a years subscription. No subscription was received no downloads recover subscription button not working. Two days of emails and no refund, app developer blames Google, Google says goto app developer. Take the time and trouble to properly test your apps, and if there are problems, deal with them. Your support so far has been poor, just like me £20 poorer.
Old version was exelant, just updated to new android version and now absolutely rubbish. Slow to load, wont download anything including settings. Only works on ipad properly. Will be cancelling unless it changes before next months issue for money back as unusable!!
This used to be great but now is slow locks up and wont download any more. shame more like a downdate
Put simply this just doesn't work. Paid £20 for a year's subscription it to find can't view anything. So doesn't load. No response to email. They got the cash, I got a dud app and nothing to read. A refund at this stage I think. Update: thanks for reply. More than happy to try update. Would definitely prefer the magazine than a refund 😀
From an avid Airgun supporter. Recommend=NO, Why? because the app sucks, the delivery method is limited to your device and can not be viewed on PC @ home if you bought it on the Android platform... I know the owners read feedback, then go to your app developers and sort out the login subscription to work with PC or MAC with the same ID as the mobile, or give the subscriber a digital KEY. Either way, it's simpler to get a paper magazine....
