Ratings and reviews

Application doesn't always operate. Most importantly, having used the service for over a year, it is a fraudulent service. I've had multiple double charges, never credited back to the account along with returns never reflecting in the final balance. I do not recommend this service to anyone for any reason. The customer service is unable to give accurate information for this issue. For the most recent double charge I've been waiting more than 30 days with a "pending" double charge.

the spin by oxxo is okay ,but the point card is like not really good , reason why is because it doesn't work on my cell phone

A tad flaky. but whose financial institution's app isn't, at least now and then? Besides, this one has been improving rather than going backwards, and being OXXO's IFPE makes it trivial to find somewhere to deposit or withdraw cash, not to mention. that unlike visiting a bank or ATM I can also grab an energy drink while I'm there. 🙌 I've had zero troubles using the Visa debit cards, whether digital or physical. Overall, a job well done.
