Paired Plus by Prosolutions Software is a multi-function, two in one app that unites loyal customers and employees with their favorite salon, spa, tattoo shop and more.


Unlike other apps that actively drive customers into the doors of competitors, Paired Plus is designed to increase loyalty and retention by allowing frequent communication via texting, promotions and online booking.




Customer Side:
1. Customers can book and confirm appointments, purchase certificates and products.
2. Customers can text message and call the business directly through the app.
3. Maintain and update their profile, view their membership statuses and more.
4. Track upcoming and past appointments and more features coming weekly!




Employee Side:
1. Add & view appts in daily/weekly calendar views.
2. Admins can view the schedules for the whole salon, spa, or tattoo shop.

3. Search available appts on your calendar or the whole business.
4. Triple-book appts to work on customers simultaneously.
5. Automatically send email & SMS text reminders & confirmation requests to customers.

I haven't been able to open the app in 2 weeks, just keeps loading but never opens. I've deleted the app, had my username and password changed, re booted the phone and still won't open. updated: problem has been solved, thank you for reaching out

it stopped working and uninstalling has not helped. at work the computer with it is now crazy slow. it's a terrible upgrade 😞

this app is constantly glitching. not loading and won't let me double book appointments. does not show accurate available appointments to clients.

02.24.2026: You may need to delete your current version and reinstall due to an old saved login bug. Big UI and feature update. Updated the platform for future updates. Added more reporting features and updating schedules.
