Few updates it'll run great Needs improvement on 1 lb gains for a week vs 5lbs. Needs a timer for in between lifts, warm up, barbell weight calculator, graph for all your lifts. It runs very basic but saves time on your calculations.

Great but.. It needs a variable to change the increment to suit microloading and kilograms rather than assuming we all use lbs and add 5lbs each lift. Otherwise this app would be perfect.
