Every time when I try to login it says Username and password are incorrect and sometimes says connect device device is connected. But if I try to login on browser, I am successfully doing this. Don't know what's the issue.

The app works fine before today, right now it shows me the invalid sim error. While i have my sim activated and have confirmed from the Jazz customer center too. I asked if there is an issue in the app, they provided me with an ip link. It shows completely fine there. The username andnpassword are default ones, i have not changed any of them. On link it shows same password, but on app it gives wrong username and password. Please look into this issue.
