The app works fine before today, right now it shows me the invalid sim error. While i have my sim activated and have confirmed from the Jazz customer center too. I asked if there is an issue in the app, they provided me with an ip link. It shows completely fine there. The username andnpassword are default ones, i have not changed any of them. On link it shows same password, but on app it gives wrong username and password. Please look into this issue.

Whenever I open the app it always says me to connect the device eventhough my jazz device is already connected. At first I thought something was wrong with my phone and installed it on another phone and same error came. Now I dont know how to check my device balance and data. Another complaint is that jazz helpline never works, whenever I call them they never answer and the options they give are also very confusing.

The app used to work fine but suddenly it stopped working showing .invalid sim and wrong user name & password. I deleted and reinstalled it but it is showing one more error I.e. no server. On the other hand the internet works, which suggests that the software/app is crashed/not working. This is pathetic butas usual the Jazz customer service and technical team is doing nothing in this regard despite passage of long time. Disappointed once again from the Mobolink/Jazz.
