It is very reliable and I haven't encountered any problems or issues so far and the savings account (Palasave) is a big plus. It also has cashbacks and vouchers for every transactions. The QR and virtual debit card transactions are also fast and secure. Looking forward to the physical debit card. PalawanPay is now my primary e-wallet.

For the developer of the Palawanpay app. Kindly focus on fixing the update email address part of the users account. I've been dealing with this problem for so long, I couldn't add my email address to my account because every time I add the verification code, it will always give me a notice of "Something went wrong". In your next app update, I hope this problem will be fixed.

Trash! Cannot register. Always receiving "we could not process your registration request at the moment". Tried multiples times using different phones. What's the point of this app?
