About this app

Merge PDF files into one document, split a PDF into separate files, delete the pages you do not need, and compress a PDF to a target size you type in. Open password-protected PDFs, fill in forms and sign — all on your phone, all offline.

No desktop. No account. Nothing uploaded to a server. Scan a contract, sign it with your finger and send it back before you leave the meeting.

Everything is processed on your device, and you type the exact file size you need and see the estimate before anything is touched.

🔗 Merge PDF and combine PDF files
Add several PDFs at once and drag them into the order you want before you merge PDF files into a single document. Merge PDF files a client sent across three emails, or combine PDF files into one attachment. Nothing is uploaded — a dead zone on the train changes nothing.

✂️ Split PDF and extract pages from a PDF
Split a PDF into separate files by page ranges, every N pages, or one file per page, and share them all at once. Or extract pages from a PDF — select the pages you want and keep only those as a new document. Use it as a PDF splitter to split a PDF of 40 pages into the four the client asked for.

🗑️ Delete pages, reorder and rotate PDF pages
Manage Pages lays the whole document out page by page. Multi-select to delete pages from a PDF — the duplicate cover sheet, the blank scan — drag to reorder PDF pages, or rotate PDF pages left and right so a sideways scan reads upright. You can also insert an image or a blank page wherever you need one.

🔓 Unlock PDF and remove a PDF password
Open a password-protected PDF with the password and keep working on it like any other file. Unlock PDF documents for the session, then remove PDF password entirely so the copy you save and share opens with no prompt. Everything happens on the device — the password never leaves your phone.

🗜️ Compress PDF and reduce PDF file size
Type the size you are allowed — 5 MB for a web form, 2 MB for a portal — and Kyneto shows the estimated result before it touches the file. Compress a PDF for email, shrink a scan a website keeps refusing, or reduce the file size so scans stop filling storage.

✍️ Sign, fill forms, and mark up a PDF
Draw your signature once and reuse it forever, stored as strokes so it stamps cleanly at any size. Fill in PDF forms — text fields, checkboxes, radio buttons and dropdowns — and the values are kept when you sign and export. Add a text box, draw freehand, use the highlighter and shapes, drop a sticky note, or place an image or stamp on the page.

💧 Watermark PDF and add page numbers
Add a watermark to a PDF — your name, "DRAFT" or "CONFIDENTIAL" as text, or an image — across every page. Add page numbers to a PDF before you hand it in, with the position and start number you choose.

🖼️ Images to PDF and export pages as JPG or PNG
Turn photos into a PDF: pick images, arrange them and choose the page size. Export pages as JPG or PNG at the quality you need, or extract the images already embedded in a PDF and save them straight to your gallery.

📄 Scan to PDF with searchable text
Point the camera: the document scanner finds the page edges, straightens the shot and cleans it up. Scan straight into a new PDF or into a document you already have. Make scanned PDFs searchable with on-device OCR — an invisible text layer is added so you can search and copy the text in any reader, and nothing is sent away to do it.

🔒 An offline PDF editor
Merging, splitting, compressing, signing and OCR all happen on your phone. Nothing is uploaded and there is no account, so no server sees your ID, your payslip or your contract. A PDF editor that works offline and an offline scanner, on a plane or in a basement.

Kyneto PDF is free to download and try. Exports are limited on the free tier; a subscription unlocks unlimited exports.

Install Kyneto PDF: a PDF merger, PDF splitter and PDF compressor that works offline — unlock, rotate and watermark PDF files and sign with a signature you draw once.
Merge, split & delete PDF pages, unlock & rotate PDF, add watermark. Offline.

This app is exactly what I needed. It doesn't feel bloated or slow like some other editors. I mostly use it for scanning receipts and signing forms on the go. The interface is very intuitive! It’s perfect for anyone who needs to sign a document and send it via email or WhatsApp in under a minute. Highly recommend for students or freelancers!

The scanner works well but when you want to save the documents, it says error occurred. I'm highly dissapointed !

We have not had this issue reported to us before, and we'd certainly like to work this through for you. Could you share the details at kynetopdf@paleblueapps.com? And any relevant screenshots would be immensely valuable. Thank you.

It's a very minimal and straightforward way to scan and create pdf documents. keep adding more pdf tools to power up the app.
