I rarely rate apps, but this one has seriously helped my sleeping patterns. I've had sleep trouble since I was a kid, and that was before cell phones. Now with screens really everywhere, it makes it really hard to get my brain to quiet down enough to sleep. This app helps a ton by allowing my body to adjust to more of a natural circadian rhythm, and I can still read in bed before sleeping! I highly recommend it.
I love it, honestly. I'm mildly photosensitive and it's a lifesaver. The issue is that it prevents downloading images from apps like tumblr or reddit, so you have to turn it off and back on to do that.
This really does save your peepers and keep you more tired when you should be. Great since I couldn't find Flux for android.
It crashes at least twice a day and will override the setting on my phone that makes the brightness fluctuate depending on available light, but otherwise it's simple to use and also acts as an extra dimmer for privacy on the train.
Simple. Filtering blue light helps prevent brain activation that impacts sleep.
Great and easy to use. The best one from such an apps.
