Very dependent on an excellent WiFi connection around the house. Slow in finding media in your own library. App updated in January 2024. Still having trouble reliably linking all speakers. When it works it is great. When the speakers can't find each other then you can say goodbye to half an hour whilst you unplug, turn off and on, press buttons at random and then away you go again, all fine, as if nothing had happened.

It could provide more info about the now playing track (eg codec, data rate) to help troubleshoot issues with sound dropouts or tracks that play oddly. Browsing UPnP media servers should use embedded artwork or folder.jpg in as many places as possible and in a grid. On Android compilations show playing tracks as Various Artists but iOS shows the correct playing artist name. Also, would be nice to support gapless playback in AllPlay and UPnP. The biggest issue is, why the hell does the status bar notification remain active perpetually, days, even weeks after I opened and closed the app.

Panasonic All play system is very problematic. I have a number of units that no longer work despite spending hours on the forums. I am not alone it seems. Very unlikely to ever buy another Panasonic product. The units appear to configure correctly and appear in the app but they produce no sounds. They appear to have the latest firmware. One unit still works occasionally but is more trouble than its worth.
