Disappointed! Simply they don't care about android user! Brunch of free vpn apps on the market supporting 4.0 later, one click connection! Consider stop using your service...i paid but i don't get enough support for my android mobile. For those who is using android 4.0, I recommend you guys find another vpn provider's
Does not work in China... Since several weeks. Requests for support had been answered with predefined helps I could not get to work. Then asked for further help and received only the answer that it works if I follow their instruction. Since then waiting for an update for android. Version for ms works fine.
Doesn't work with Ice Cream Sandwich They haven't gotten around to supporting current versions of Android. I guess it's the iPhone they like. If you have ice cream sandwich, you will have to go thru a pain-in-the-xxx manual process to get it to work, pasting in server names, passwords, etc etc. I wasted an hour doing that and it still didn't work on my Samsung Galaxy SII LTE. Now to find a provider that focuses on Android instead of just iPhone.
Why pay 84$ ?? Really slow, and keep disconnect. I've tried also Vpn One click.. with an annual really lower then this... and works like a charms!! Waste of money
Disappointed Used to like this app, but since ICS there's been no support at all. Many apps provide one click connection now, wonder why PandaPow can't.. Still using it on PC, but considering to pass to other services supporting both desktop and mobile
Excellent Excellent, reliable and stable service. No complaints thus far. Just purchased a subscription after a 5 day trial. Noting the comments for the 1 day trial issue, check your email ... the customer service team will only be too happy to extend your trial to ensure your satisfaction (I got just over 5 days!). Really, really superb customer service. Very helpful and answered all my questions/concerns within 24 hours (in reality, much shorter).
NOTE: For newer Android devices (Android 4.0 and later), use the "other" PandaPow app. Search for PandaPow and you'll find it. This one is only working properly on Android 2.3 and before.
