I have tried four times to send money with this app/service. Every time I do, I get "Attention required" as the status and later it is cancelled. Their customer service is very good, but they can only do so much. The last CS rep I spoke with made a reference to the "terms of service", suggesting that maybe I was violating them. Violating them by trying to send money to a relative after verifying my identity? Ridiculous!

You can send money in the Philippines easily and your receiver can pick it up at Cebuana within few minutes after sending. I sent money before using several apps but I've found out that quickz has the highest exchange rate which is one of the best things. They also notify you the status of your transaction until it's complete. I highly recommend this app, the best.👏

I used to enjoy using the app and money is easy and fast to send but there customer service is terrible if you have a problem. I have been blocked from using while the message says that I will be contacted to verify my identity. I have called them 3 times complaining and get told they will contact you soon. I also can't use the phone app because my Samsung 21 phone is too old for there software
