Ratings and reviews

It is not uncommon for the game to hang up during various game modes. Under the Pano support era, you could file a report with a screenshot of the issue & receive compensation. Now "support" is provided by Aliens (actual company name) & every ticket they request a video of the "issue." Not sure how many people play & record their play but it makes reporting issues impossible if you don't. I enjoy the game, but Aliens support is awful & definitely curtailed any spending on the game.

The new company that took the game over have not done anything to fix the issues of hackers and freezes. I have seen so many leave after playing the game for so long. I am now one of those people leaving. The new developers have raised prices on everything in the game. From completing conquests to a simple hero. You will not get certain heros unless you pay. The hackers have made it impossible to even close thier levels in might. Do not waste your money or time.

A year or two ago, I had this game, and although its not like what it is advertised, it was a fun and strategic turn based board game. Now its horrible. I was forced to play an unskipable boring stick figures tutorials, ads every 5minutes, the characters are lame. This game went from a fun, addicitng, full of potential game to a cash grabbing, boring game. Too bad!
