Orbit Remit was a good aap to transfer funds when required. However since few months it is creating a lot of issues. I have been asked to verify account, which I did. Then it asked me to re-sign up so I did & now it is not accepting biometric verrification properly. Second most issue on new account I transferred funds to their TSB Bank account in NZ and the payment now shows void. However my money has been debitted from my source account and not refunded back, ridiculous.

I keep getting an error message when clicking on Start Verification tab to verify my address. I also have paid the app 3 hours ago, still the app is not giving any confirmation for a successful transfer transaction, yet the amount has already been deducted from my bank account.

Used to work well, but nowadays, this app has started to suck. Can't even make a transfer without too much loading time for entering the recipients details. And it doesn't even load. Update: i re-installed the app, and now it's working fine.
