Web interface is great! Haven't used the Google doc integration much, but it seemed good from what I tried. Worth the academic subscription prices. The Android apps for my tablet and phone are slow, buggy (always crashes when trying to open a downloaded PDF), and unusable in my opinion. I hope there are improvements with the apps, because otherwise thus service would be ideal.

The android tablet experience is not smooth. It is impossible to highlight a sentence that spans multiple lines in one shot. Scrolling while in highlight mode is shakey, you'll constantly need to adjust your zoom. Switching the highlight color of an already highlighted text is impossible. Also the default highlight color switches back all the time to yellow.

I love this on my iPad. And I use it on my andriod to read on the go.... To the creators. Please add a better search feature. Please add better organization, I would love to be able to list my papers by authors first and last name. Nearly every other service of this type does this. It is really inconvenient in the app to find a paper if I cannot remember it's title and even then it can be difficult to find.
