A terrible app. Sometimes can't log in at all, randomly doesn't recognize code or can't connect to swan server. Always have to bypass zones several times before they stick. Update: I downloaded the Babyware application and updated the firmware on my Paradox board. It doesn't have the problem with not recognizing the code any longer but it frequently (every day) doesn't connect (have to close all my apps and try again several times) and no change in bypassing zones

I'm giving this app 2 stars due to its loud alarm that you can't easily mute. It's good for grabbing attention but causes stress and disturbs others. Example: At 2 a.m., the alarm woke my whole family. I couldn’t mute it on my phone while checking what set it off at the office. The app needs a mute option for the phone alert, without disarming the actual siren at the premises.

The most unreliable security app ever. You can connect only if you are lucky. The alarm and the communication module is Paradox. Very well paid but unfortunately not functioning reliably. Ridiculous service!!!! One star only because there is no zero star.
