BlueEye connect and interface with Paradox systems for management of the security, doorbell , Automation and access.

BlueEye uses a foreground service to maintain a seamless connection to our site, even when BlueEye is running in the background. This ensures that critical tasks, such as data synchronization or updates, remain active for up to 5 minutes, allowing users to experience uninterrupted functionality.

The foreground service is essential to keep the connection live, providing reliable performance for time-sensitive operations. This functionality enhances the user experience by ensuring that BlueEye continues working in the background without disruption.

When the app works it's great. However, it will go offline for no reason, and then return back online. Sometimes this only lasts for a few hours, but currently it has been 48 hours and still not working. Interestingly, sometimes when this occurs I cannot control my security system, but I still receive push notifications when I arm and disarm using keypads. It's not my Wi-Fi or Internet because the FREE apps I use to control cameras and light switches both work fine when this app does not.

We have released new firmware for IP150/+ and PCS265V8, which connect to the new, fast, and reliable MQTT server. Please contact your system installer for firmware upgrades. Missing events. The app works. I can arm and disarm from remote however what bothers me is that sometimes some events are Not logged. It doesn't matter if I use the remote or keyboard, sometimes it doesn't log the event. And I have to check manually if the lock is on or off. I have a stable fiber Internet connection so not sure what the issue is.

App is now hanging for months. uninstalled it and updated and logged in again, still just hanging. Not working at all for probably 4 months now. Now we are going on holiday and won't be able to manage our alarm system or know when it went off, after paying so much already to use the app. Will have to download and pay again for another app.
