I have been trying to open this app for over a week now. Every time I do this it comes up with an error message that says Dear Customer Swan Connection Unstable. Renew Connection? (This may take up to 15 mins). We apologise for the inconvenience. It then asks me to cancel or Reset. I click reset and it does nothing and I can't go any further. Any advice as I'd really like to be able to use my alarm system from my phone.

Paradox just can't seem to get this right. It doesn't help having a good looking app if the connection is unreliable and unstable. I get numerous complaints from my clients regarding this. All we get from Paradox is "Have you tried the new firmware?" Yes, and it still doesn't work properly. Support from the distributors are also non-existant.

hi, after successful installation from google play store, the app is not able to setup connection with Areas and Zones (empty screens). It keeps asking me to " pull down to retry" (to refresh the screen, I guess) but nothing ever happens. I have Google Pixel 9 Pro XL device, running on the latest Android (15). Is there anything you can help to resolve? best, Norbert.
