BlueEye connect and interface with Paradox systems for management of the security, doorbell , Automation and access.

BlueEye uses a foreground service to maintain a seamless connection to our site, even when BlueEye is running in the background. This ensures that critical tasks, such as data synchronization or updates, remain active for up to 5 minutes, allowing users to experience uninterrupted functionality.

The foreground service is essential to keep the connection live, providing reliable performance for time-sensitive operations. This functionality enhances the user experience by ensuring that BlueEye continues working in the background without disruption.

Our use of the foreground service is strictly for maintaining this connection and is a key aspect of ensuring the app performs its intended tasks efficiently.

I have been trying to open this app for over a week now. Every time I do this it comes up with an error message that says Dear Customer Swan Connection Unstable. Renew Connection? (This may take up to 15 mins). We apologise for the inconvenience. It then asks me to cancel or Reset. I click reset and it does nothing and I can't go any further. Any advice as I'd really like to be able to use my alarm system from my phone.

When the app works it's great. However, it will go offline for no reason, and then return back online. Sometimes this only lasts for a few hours, but currently it has been 48 hours and still not working. Interestingly, sometimes when this occurs I cannot control my security system, but I still receive push notifications when I arm and disarm using keypads. It's not my Wi-Fi or Internet because the FREE apps I use to control cameras and light switches both work fine when this app does not.

Awful app. I have only succeeded in logging in and managing my system about 30% of the time. the rest is an unresponsive loading loop that is infuriating at best, and just dangerous in an emergency. The replies to similar complaints is to tap the "renew" button, which does not exist. pull down and refresh does absolutely nothing either.
