The experience for me has been smooth. Used the bank for the past 3 months and over and it has been very very excellent. Customer service and mails is excellent and email notifications of credit and debit alerts. The only thing I'd suggest is if we can have real time sms alert when we receive alerts that would be lovely. Overall it has been smooth and excellent. Thank you

SCAM. It's been over 6 months since I downloaded the app and register for a current account. Deposited N10k and submitted all relevant documents for activation and upgrade. Before that, the customer service was great. Imagine they even put calls across to me on Sunday Evening when I wanted to fund my account from my bank app. Their call came in almost immediately. But since I deposited 10k and all documents. They have went mute. My money is locked and the account is not usable. Case unsolved

The app has been working perfectly well. But my problem is the notification in the app, I want you people to also include credit received alert in the notification section of the app not just just debit alert notification. Thank you.
