Parcel Pending makes it simple to receive your packages and online orders! With our easy-to-use mobile app, you can manage your account, retrieve your packages, set up vacation mode, and more!

Use the Parcel Pending mobile app to:
- Register for Parcel Pending.
- View your pending packages and package history.
- Manage your notification preferences.
- Get real-time alerts when your packages are delivered.
- Open the locker doors with the push of a button (when Bluetooth is enabled).
- Setup vacation mode to avoid storage fees.
- Add people in your residence to your account to ensure they receive their packages in the locker.
- Manage your personal data and your payment information.

This service is terrible and the app is awful. why is there not a contact option for delivery with no access code. if Amazon doesn't do their job you have to jump through hoops to prove that something that belongs to you has been delivered. they had my personal information, they had the tracking ID, and they had a picture confirmation of the delivery and they still refused to give me access to get my mail.

It's not a bad service. However, if the system is down for any reason, it is a hassle to get ahold of building management and then guest support. Cause if you don't, then you'll get charged for the parcel even if you picked it up day 1. Maybe a button on the app itself for each parcel that allows you to acknowledge it was picked up even if not the way it was intended. Would also probably help as an easy way to list theft of a package, too. All in the same spot.

the deadline was the pick up the package at 11:59pm, I picked it up at 11:15pm and they still tried to charge me. they suspended my account a week later. I called and they took the fine off and told me to add a card that will not be charged to reactivate the account, but it's still a pain. Get your system right to not charge when I'm still within the time frame. you're continuing to the awful in this world.
