Absolute garbage. Gave it to my son but after 30 minutes of trying to get it to do anything remotely fun or educational we gave up. Back to TV we go. It's 2021, but the voices are mechanical, it's NOT a touch screen. Can't play puzzles with 4 scroll buttons. Can't ask questions, it's mostly clueless. The answers there from Google and not in a form that kids can understand. To top it all off, the stories are recorded by non English speaker, so half of the time you can't understand anything.

This is an exllent product for the kids. With continuous interaction my child learned languages very fast and accurate with good pronunciation. Its lots of fun and educational at the same time. An excellent product and they have excellent after sales services as well.

Very low tech. Says free shipping but you pay additional shipping at the end. On top of that, you pay additional taxes and import fees. The app crashes, the robot battery only last 1 to 2 hours. Limited functionality and capability. The ad was exaggerated. Miko is not as intelligent like in the ad. Don't get fooled.
