Using the ParkChirp app is simple:

- SEARCH: enter your destination and the dates and times you need to park.
- COMPARE: all the nearby parking options will pop up. Just select the best option for you.
- RESERVE: purchase your parking to reserve your spot.
- PARK: follow the directions on your parking pass, enter and park.

This app is utter nonsense. They were happy to charge my credit card, but upon arriving at garage, instructions read to take ticket to enter like everyone else. When trying to exit, I should use the 'help' button, they would answer and magically raise the gate. Guess what?! No answer. Had to pay with card to exit, just like everyone else. Except I had already pre paid, so I paid twice as much. Complete nonsense. Had to submit 1star to post, but should be zero stars.

This app took my money and sent me first to a fenced lot that doesn't affiliate parking rental with any online app. Then, to be sure I am completely gullable, I paid for a 2nd parking spot, only to get there and find the garage is for the private use of Tennant's only. No number to call. Just a form to submit requesting a refund. Which upon submittal, returned a message that said "thanks will be in touch". Total scam

Only reason to us is when your building requires it! Clumsy, inconsistent program. Doesn't allow me to log in after creating account, lengthy transaction ID too long to display on cell phone screen, no option to view password when logging in online, which is only way to view the entire parking pass. I've used many parking app options and this is absolutely the worst. I have no trust in the app security, and worry that my credit card and account information are not adequately protected.
