This app did not work for me. I had parked for a couple of days in Montreal, when it was time to leave I could not find the payment machine so I thought this app would be faster. Instead, after selecting the parking garage, it said my ticket was wrong. Either the app is plain broken or I somehow had the wrong garage. Fix your tech such that the garage location is known from the ticket number. As a software engineer, I find this app inexcusably bad and a stain on all of us.

I'm trying to download the app because I've parked in a parking lot and it's not working. I've tried multiple times. I don't want a ticket. Update: this company is the worst. No response about the app not working. No response after sending 2 emails. There phone number goes to an answering machine that says send them an email. They say they will respond within 48 hours. No response in 12days. Only option was to pay $110.00 for a ticket at a lot that the app does not work. Criminal

I preinstall app and set everything up so I can save a little time when I get to the lot. The app loads the correct lot but does not let me pay (lot conditions are restricted). Luckily there is a staff member checking plates in the lot and he was kind enough to verify that the lot is available to park (and not restricted). Since the app wasn't working he told me to try the website (through the on site QR code). The website drop down menus are unavailable but thankfully it at least let me pay.
