I'm trying to download the app because I've parked in a parking lot and it's not working. I've tried multiple times. I don't want a ticket. Update: this company is the worst. No response about the app not working. No response after sending 2 emails. There phone number goes to an answering machine that says send them an email. They say they will respond within 48 hours. No response in 12days. Only option was to pay $110.00 for a ticket at a lot that the app does not work. Criminal

Latest update has taken away the ability to use Google Pay. This morning I had to enter in a credit card directly to the app, rather than paying with Google Pay like I always was able to in the past. My card would not load at first, which made me miss the window for early bird pricing, and after several tries it finally worked. Please bring back ability to pay via other methods.

I will be reporting the shady practices of Indigo to the government of Canada. Suggesting that you use the app and then charging a convenience fee while reducing the number of physical pay stations to make it less convenient to pay at a machine. then the app never works when you hit pay and not giving you half hour options. I hope your business fails.
