The absolute worst technology I have ever experienced. This new app is so glitchy (online as well) that it is absolute unusable. I have an email trail over months telling me that no one can help me because they are having technical issues. Despite the glitches that make prebooking impossible because you get caught in a loop, they also asked me to create a new account which won't allow me to use my cell number because it's already in use with my old account, but no one can modify it. THE worst.

I was able to book a reservation in the mobile app, even print it out however there is nowhere in the mobile app to retrieve the reservation. After contacting them for help they told me to go to my profile where i could click onto confirmed reservations. I told them there is no such link at which point they stopped communicating with me on this issue. If you use this app make sure you print off the bar code or a screen shot of it so you can enter the parking lot under your reservation.

apparently reserving a parking spot and paying for it is not enough. To enter the parking spot you have to download this piece of crapware to see the barcode which should allow you to enter. whats even better, this app doesn't accept email addresses with special characters in them, even if that email is already registered in their own system. I couldn't enter the parking lot for 20 minutes until a human decided to finally show up and let me in.
