This app is the worst. The deals are great if you can actually get the app to work properly. Anytime I finally am able to make a reservation using the app, I have to screenshot my barcode because it's Hit or Miss whether or not the app is going to work so that I can open the reservation and actually use the barcode when I get to the parking lot. Do better. This app needs a complete overhaul

Used it for the first time on the 8th of January to the 15th of January. Its a complete and utter scam. After pressing ready for pick up, the app froze. Long story short we paid twice because we couldn't pull up the code that was supposed to be sent to allow us to leave. Despite showing the attendant the time stamped and dated " payment" of the fees. She refused to look and said it doesn't matter. We still had to pay the 2nd time. Now we have jump thru hoops to get our second payment back.

After the latest update there is no way to cancel out the start date being 2morro. It seems to be preset to the next day's date and there is no changing it for a future date. Im trying to book this to start 9 days from now and there ain't no way. What a waste of time...
