this app is a very annoying one. I have closed my account since 3 days ago and it is still not closed, it's saying that my request to deactivate my account is still pending. why hasn't my request been approved?, why is it still active yet I'm unable to login to it?. please fix this issue.

if there is a way I can rate you people zero I will. my day was ruined because of this app. I created an account just to make school fees payment and was debited but my receipt is still showing pending for hours now. I have made several attempts to reach support but my efforts are all in vain. please refund my money (#100,300 Ibbul school fees payment) I have a CBT test to write. the worst part is no transaction is showing in the app. I also requested a statement but no mail is coming
