I made a transfer of #30,050 on 26th of February 2025 to my parkway account which was successful for no reason parkway have refused to credit my account. I have written series of email to that effect and of recent they have chose not to reply my email. Everyone should avoid this app. They are pure SCAM

I still have a similar issue with the parkway wallet, which has been difficulties in upgrading my accounts Tier level, this time they said it was successful but when I go back to check I still find myself in Tier 1, I have tried it twice.

Absolutely horrendous app! Nothing works.... Not even to the OTP that th y send you to close your account. The user experience leaves a lot to be desired.
