Update 8/8/2024 This app is the worst of the worst. No one must monitor this app review page. Password entry needs repeating 2-3 x. So many steps to open app. Third attempt. I get through to name and password. Password is needed twice! Password manager copies password....app doesn't accept. The previous website was equally user non friendly. Seriously thinking of changing pharmacies. I've mentioned in person the site difficulty . 100% Frustration . Normally I would not post but this is awful..

It used to work fine for me, but this past week has been terrible. I'm getting error messages more than anything. It will either say my saved sign in info is wrong (which it's not), or my prescriptions "aren't available", or it will just tell me that server can't be reached. It's been so frustrating.

90% of the time, my medications never get delivered even when I mark them for delivery in the app. It will show they are ready to pick up in the app but never show up at my house. Not very pleased when I have to call every single time to fix an issue I have with an app that is supposed to make filling my prescriptions easier.
