Went to Boston for the evening. Was able to reserve and pay for a spot in advance. Parking garage had full valet service, left the keys, got a pass and left. Finding where to pick up my vehicle was a little confusing at first, but that was only due to the layout of the garage. Overall 5 star experience, had absolutely no issues and will use again in the future.

Extremely inconvenient compared to multi-level structures that charge at exit without threat of towing. I will avoid the Parkwhiz lot in the future. It is tantamount to a parking meter. Initially, the app offered a link to extend the parking time period but after a while the link had disappeared. I was told in response to my text to remove my car by end of paid time or be towed. I had to leave my party and return to make a new reservation. Pay-at-exit parking structure is much much better.

I used the app yesterday and previous never had an issue but this time the app wouldn't let me in the garage, so I had to get a voucher from the structure to park, only to then have to pay twice, once through the app and once at the structure upon exit. Didn't save any money and got double charged. I've used parkwiz in the past and never had issues but I'm not sure if I'll use them again as this was quiet embarrassing and holding up the line, so my only solution was to grab a ticket. Fail...
