Wouldn't let me pay for parking because "license plate didn't match what was scanned at entry." Triple-checked plate even though I didn't need to because we had our plate info saved and had parked in the same lot before. There's no way to bypass this error, either. It just won't let you pay. Absolutely unacceptable to depend on this app and potentially get a ticket for its errors. EDIT: IT GOT WORSE. They retroactively started my session and charged me $75 for TWO DAYS of parking I didn't use.

Garbage!!! Paid online for parking and when we arrived, we were told that the lot was full. Was unable to find parking in time after being turned and had to cancel our plans after driving over an hour and paying tolls to get to Manhattan. Don't take our money if you can't reserve a spot for us!! Now we have to jump through hoops to get a refund. Find a different parking app!!!

This is the absolute worst app in existence. If you want to add time to your parking, you actually have to walk all the way to your car and scan the QR Code, not only is this app terrible, but the people that run this are terrible, the people who answer the phone are terrible and I would never, ever recommend using these parking spaces just because it's way easier to walk 5 miles than it is to deal with this app.
