Just like with the many other apps. This app is annoying and confusing. Instead of giving you the option to simply rebook a spot from your phone from previous books. You have to get out of your car and rescan the code and do this process all over again. Also trying to enroll monthly parking is too much of a task. It wants you to enroll into everything first. It doesn't even give you prices first.

Doesn't work. Was surrounded by parking meters and kiosks with stickers indicating to use this app. I could never find the parking meter or kiosk in the app... even though I was STANDING IN FRONT OF IT. It was essentially useless. I had to use my card directly in the meter or kiosk anyway. Don't waste your time with this app.

The app itself works well, you get lots of parking choices and you can definitely find something cheaper than self parking. They often seem to get discounts only through the app. The problem is that many of the options don't work. Either the attendant doesn't know how to handle it, or they say "identification by license plate", but if there is no attendant, you can't get out. Even the slick features like pushing a button to open the gate sometimes don't work because you're underground.
