The app itself works well, you get lots of parking choices and you can definitely find something cheaper than self parking. They often seem to get discounts only through the app. The problem is that many of the options don't work. Either the attendant doesn't know how to handle it, or they say "identification by license plate", but if there is no attendant, you can't get out. Even the slick features like pushing a button to open the gate sometimes don't work because you're underground.

Great parking app. It comes in handy for the terrible parking situations in Seattle, but it's best to book a week or so in advance. I've gotten great parking deals through them and have also saved a few spots as a favorite. I had one parking garage however that want able to take my code, but the parking attendant was a me to assist. This app is a plus if you are trying to get parking in a crazy city with limited spots.

Went to Boston for the evening. Was able to reserve and pay for a spot in advance. Parking garage had full valet service, left the keys, got a pass and left. Finding where to pick up my vehicle was a little confusing at first, but that was only due to the layout of the garage. Overall 5 star experience, had absolutely no issues and will use again in the future.
