Over all this is a good app, and to date I have had no issue with my flight controls, although I have only had for about 4 weeks. I use it with a Bebop 2. When I updated the app however, I lost the ability to log into the app and view My Flights. Whenever I provide my log in details, the log in screen returns to the FreeFlight Pro app, but I remain logged out. No matter how many times I try and log in, I remain logged out. This bug has to be resolved asap please. It really let's it down. Thanks.
Does not work well for bebop 1. Sudden, drastic fluctuations with altitude. Almost uncontrollable. GPS location of drone does not refresh most of the time. Flight plan doesnt work at all and pretty much useless. I wouldnt trust flight further than 100 ft if that. Too bad as I was going to buy a bebop 2 based on how well this drone performed, Im holding off on that idea for now.
Good app. Missing an option to turn off auto recording, especially with bebop 2's limited storage. Also, camera exposure slider moves from -3 to +3 but it does nothing; actual photo/ video exposure remains the same.
Bebop 1 does not respond to this app, shows not connected to remote(smart phone) , yet it is, but loses control on take off straight away, sending my drone into the closest object. What is wrong, freeflight 3 was OK, why not offer this also? Costing me money in props...
Video display within the app lags or becomes unresponsive. No live footage, literally flying blind.
Decent app. No issues with it craving my drone so far (had a bebop 2 for about a month). If you spend £600 on a drone, odds are you can swing another £30 for the full flight plan and follow me feature set, but I REALLY begrudge having to.
This version improves the application stability, fixes access problem to Follow Me from the homepage, and fixes display problems in the piloting interface.
You can now take JPEG Snapshot in Photo mode, and the Return To Home delay duration after disconnection setting is back.
