Great drone, terrible software, slow customer support. I bought this drone a little over a year ago. Everything was just as expected, and then some. Over the course of a few updates though it got worse. In flight plan mode it stops at every waypoint when initially it didn't both with the option on & off, follow me stopped following me, and more. Then I tried to get the camera repaired under warranty because of a few dead pixels I found, they only replied once to my email then radio silence.

Works Perfectly! I don't see why everyone is complaining about this app because mine works perfectly. I use it on a both Android and IOS phones and have had no issues. I hope to continue having great results with it as I learn to use it. I think people are either not following instructions or doing something to get mixed results. I recently saw that the phones wifi needs to be off when using the sky controller good to know because I have been having mine on so I'm glad nothing bad has happened.

Too bad I have to rate so low. Really like the drone, but the app is pretty buggy. Doesn't always record flights, have had fun coming up with a flight plan, but can't get flight plan to execute. I press the play arrow/button and the drone hovers, as if there wasn't a flight plan. All other modes work. Also have message that there's no sd card inserted but there is (video on YouTube). Odd stuff. Hope you get it all sorted out.
