Love the app, very simple interface. I just wish there was an option to play all Kates at once, instead of having to select each manually. Hope t this feature gets supported. Thank you!
The new version doesn't play in the background like previous versions. Being a multi tasking person it makes it difficult when I can't attend to more things while using the app
Since the last update I am unable to play messages in the background. Once the screen closes or I try to multitask the message stops.
Doesn't show voicemail in order of most recent
Hey the new updated version has some issues, first cant play a message once it's paused you have to restart, second you can't scroll on the message bar it restarts the message from the beginning, third the app isn't working in the background it just stops which is not useful cos we are multitasking busy people. There is also a problem with autoplay, it doesn't work if the screen is not on. Please help fix these issues...thanks
Having issues taping on the time bar to scroll through different parts of the messages. every time i tap on it, it starts the message all over every time. very annoying not sure how to fix that. also you used to beable to play messages in the background and doing other tasks on device but now every time i try to do another task it just shut off the message. would rather have the old version back...
This app holds a wakelock which forces my screen to stay on when the phone is locked. I have to restart my phone daily or else the screen stays on whenever I get a notification. I have submitted a ticket with Kate support and am waiting for it to be resolved. This issue has been occurring on the Galaxy S7 and S8. Please resolve this issue and I will raise the rating! Everything else about the app is great, but the wakelock is a real downside.
