Ratings and reviews

Incredibly useful software with lots of mobile glitches. Still no Android 10 fix. Was development gutted in anticipation of SolarWinds acquiring Passportal? Are things in limbo? Are app developers turning over under new management? Whatever the cause, it's apparent there's something going (or not going) on. With MSPs becoming increasingly valuable targets, it is a bit disconcerting to see so much instability. Hopefully it's ironed out soon, because the desktop product is pretty fantastic.

Won't run on Android 10... Basically force closes as soon as it tries to log in. Crashed constantly on Android 8 so pretty much unusable on any device. Tired of this company being so far behind regarding basic functionality (especially for a client focused password solution). Waited all last year for them to release a mobile option and 2019 is still a bust.

Does not load on Pixel 6 Pro, just goes to a white screen when you open the app. Very frustrating to not be able to use the app.
