Manage all your passwords in one place with the N-able Passportal mobile app. It is the solution built for Managed Service Providers (MSP)s to keep access to passwords organized by company, client, and personal vaults. It provides FaceID/TouchID login and real-time synchronization across all devices from the web portal, browser extensions, and mobile.

Incredibly useful software with lots of mobile glitches. Still no Android 10 fix. Was development gutted in anticipation of SolarWinds acquiring Passportal? Are things in limbo? Are app developers turning over under new management? Whatever the cause, it's apparent there's something going (or not going) on. With MSPs becoming increasingly valuable targets, it is a bit disconcerting to see so much instability. Hopefully it's ironed out soon, because the desktop product is pretty fantastic.

Won't run on Android 10... Basically force closes as soon as it tries to log in. Crashed constantly on Android 8 so pretty much unusable on any device. Tired of this company being so far behind regarding basic functionality (especially for a client focused password solution). Waited all last year for them to release a mobile option and 2019 is still a bust.

The PassPortal system is fantastic. Minus 2 stars because there's no access to articles and client documentation in the mobile app. We keep our SOP's and knowledge base in there and having techs able to access that stuff in the field via mobile would be really helpful. Essentially half of the he functionality is missing.
