0 Stars. This is the worst app I have ever used for parking. I ended up getting a parking ticket because the app refuses to allow me to add a payment method. Been trying for 2 days now, same result. Tells me to try switching off wifi, which I also tried. Just an endless loop of the same message. Also tried adding payment method online, nothing works.

I use this for parking at school it is pretty nice being that I don't carry around change very often. But they charge you a $0.25 convenience fee which is kind of stupid if you ask me. A convenience would be more like you can start and stop the meter whenever you like not have a 2 hour minimum pay where my classes are mostly 1 hour and 15 minutes I have to pay for that extra 45 minutes. It would be nice if the app was able to do 15 minutes sections instead of hours.

This app is one of the worst parking apps I've ever used. For a period of about a month and a half the app would error out indicating "network connectivity issue". When the app does work, there's limited functionality - you can't delete payment profiles, you can't advance pay for the whole week, you can't stop text messages reminding you your parking time is almost up. This app has not been the easiest to work with from a consumer stand point...but I have to use it since the Village requires it.
