completely unusable. App is stuck in an endless loop, so that I can't actually pay to park. Support team is useless, keeps giving me the same suggestions that I've already done. I can't even reply to them, because their app is so poorly designed I can't actually click on the text field: the resolution has it off the bottom of the screen and I can't select it.

Terrible UI and you only get a notification when your parking already expired. The best part is that it doesn't let you start a new session for 30 minutes, with zero alert that this is the reason. The payment screen just refreshes in a loop. I only found out about this limitation by contacting support. So I had to sit in fear that I'd get a ticket for 30 minutes until the app let me start a new session. Absolutely awful experience with this app. Set your own timer if you might need to extend.

terrible. I went to pay for an hour using the app instead of the pay station thinking it would just be easier. $1 for an hour at the station, $1.15 on the app. sweet, so not only do you get the benefit of being unreliable according to other reviews, you get charged a 15% convenience fee. this is idiotic. who would ever bother with this complete trash of a company and app.
