Ratings and reviews

I've used the app in the past just fine - was able to buy more parking time while I was still shopping. But I tried using it yesterday & it didn't work. It couldn't find my location even though app permissions were turned on in my phone settings. I couldn't even manually type in my parking spot! Had to dig for quarters in my car. Very disappointed.

Deleted all my vehicles, but still charged me to park even though I didn't have a vehicle to park. Doesn't ask for a zone number, just a spot number. There are multiple lots to park in, are they all sequential? Bad app design

Until this recent update, it worked great. Now it just says it can't find the location and doesn't let you put in your space number (just keeps asking for zone numbers, which there are none). So it's currently completely useless.
