Ratings and reviews

The app is super clunky and it would be better if they just use one of the more common parking apps versus coming up with their own for a little town center. it also prompts you to only rate the app at five stars and doesn't give you other options unless you go through the Play store.

Terrible app. Doesn't even work in the garage. Had to go outside in the rain to use my cell connection. Wants way too much access to my phone. It will let you pay for 4 hour parking even though sign says 2 hour max. Call the phone number on the sign and computer answers and says to go to the web site. Really.

terribly designed app. Parked, wasted data downloading, left without patronage. I couldn't figure out how I was supposed to project a timeframe or how to apply my vendor. Sorry 'The Counter' maybe another location some other time. My wife and I were excited to try but we couldn't due to this confusing app.
