Doesn't work. Can't load anything. Machines on street take forever and thought this could speed things up. Wrong!! I can search and find a name of the lot I'm in, but that's where it stops and does nothing. As of parking in Duluth isn't bad enough. Then throw the headaches of non working parking app or Machines that either don't work with card and only take cash, or take 2-3 minutes to process card payment. Duluth is becoming overrated.

It took me so long to set this up that we found quarters instead. Also, the inconvenience fee. The lack of integration with Google Pay for an android phone app is disappointing, too. Overall, just a waste of time—especially for a visitor from out of town that is not trying to put in a lot of effort to accommodate municipal fees.

App doesn't work, period. I used it a few times to park in Duluth, but was worried when I saw that the meters were going away in spots and only this app could be used to pay, because what happens when the app doesn't work (or for that matter, what if you don't have a phone/it's not on you). Low and behold, app simply doesn't work for me today. Can never even input the spot I want to park in. And I have a Pixel 4a (relatively new), so not a 'strange' or junky phone.
