Ratings and reviews

It would be neat if there was a heat map in the app to show where the most parking was available in the city. Any area has a known number of spots available and the number of people paying for spots in that area should also be known. So it seems easy enough to show, on a map, where there is relatively higher availability for parking. 'course I'm neither programmer nor data expert, so maybe it's not so simple.

No major complaints, but there are way too many steps required to pay for parking. I only have one vehicle and yet I need to pick a vehicle every time. Same with the payment method. How about a "default parking" button, where I can use a default vehicle, payment method and perhaps parking duration, and all I need to input is the zone? Another thing that would be nice is to be able to find zones based on my location. It's a bore sometimes having to walk almost a block to find the zone number.

Convenient to have all the parking stuff handled in one app. Inconvenient how many steps are required to start a parking session. Enter code, confirm credit card, confirm vehicle, enter time, confirm everything I just entered. I always use the same credit card and vehicle, I don't need that to be promoted every time. And can't the app tell where I parked based on gps? why enter the code every time? I'd like to just press a button when I arrive and press a button when I leave and that's it
