Ratings and reviews

It would be neat if there was a heat map in the app to show where the most parking was available in the city. Any area has a known number of spots available and the number of people paying for spots in that area should also be known. So it seems easy enough to show, on a map, where there is relatively higher availability for parking. 'course I'm neither programmer nor data expert, so maybe it's not so simple.

Worst parking app in the US, and I have traveled a lot! There is no live map to tell you where the nearest spot is like every other parking app out there. There is no way my mom could figure this out. You have to physically find the meter and get the number off of it, or go through the website from the app, it will show a map buy not your location, so you have to know the area of town you are in and zoom in on the kitty face to find the parking number. THEN memorize it and go back in theapptoadd

The app is basic and if you make a mistake and choose the wrong zone there isn't an option to cancel and fix the user error. I get that I messed up, but not being able to fix my error is a poor app design. The number to call support specifically says "No Refund" further makes the inability to cancel a session a poor user experience...
