This app used to be good. But once the UI was overhauled it became a complete mess. What was a simple process of paying for parking is now a long survey to complete a simple transaction. What's worse is that sometimes when I try to make a transaction it registers success but fails silently in the back. I received a parking ticket today because the transaction failed and did not alert me that it had failed. I will no longer be using this App. I cannot trust it to reliably pay for my parking.

This is the least intuitive app that I've ever installed. Absolutely terrible! Even while attempting to follow the step-by-step instructions from the Green P website, it's impossible to get the rates for areas that I'm considering to visit. In fact, when it finally did present a dot to select, it turned out to be an EV charging station. Verdict: Useless app This opinion comes from an IT professional, with 3 decades of experience. So, it's not from someone who is technologically challenged.

This app used to be great, but when they made the change so that you can't search to find parking by intersection anymore, it became useless. Now you have to figure out where your destination is on the map, zoom into it, have the app "search here" and then individually tap each location that comes up in the list to see where it is on the map. We've stopped using GreenP and now just drive into whatever private parking garage is available when we get to our destination because that's easier.
