Inherent problem with signing in. My credit card was compromised. Since, I am trying to log in and pay for parking. I forgot my password, and the only way to reset it, is to log in with the now lost/expired credit card. If I no longer have the card to access the number/3-digit code on the back, I have no way of resetting my password and logging in. I am essentially locked out. And because it's attached to my phone number, I can't even make a new account. Major app developer oversight.

The app has completely stopped working in the last version(s). First it wouldn't send a verification code to initiate the sign in. Now I can finally sign in, but nothing works — the app just shows an error message saying "We couldn't complete the request. Please try again". I tried to uninstall and reinstall the app several times, it still doesn't work.

They get a 1 due to the skeevy minimum payment of $20 so that they can keep your money if you ever have to get the app to park somewhere once. I don't need to pay for parking often, but whenever I do and I don't have any balance I have to put a minimum of $20. Beyond scum practice. Lower it to $5, or let us pay per instance.
