Good, useful free app! Time saver, convenient, money saver. Not sure why my device got hot after boarding, possibly because I left the app running with the ticket presented. Turning it off after boarding seemed to fix the warming problem. Recommend getting this app even if you only use it a few times annually.

I've been using the app for a year now. It is very convenient for someone like me who has a sight problem and doesn't feel safe carrying cash all the time. To RTA credit, I recently had a problem where I bought three all day passes and they would not show up in my tickets but I got confirmed emails that I made the purchase. However, a few hours later the problem was fixed and I now have access to all three purchased tickets. Thank you for fixing the problem and being honest. I have more respect

Locked out for no reason. Tried to get the 3 digit code & it wont send and you dont get the call either. I uninstalled & reinstalled the app & nothing. Ive been trying to get back in my account for over 2 hours. This doesnt makes sense. I need this app. FIX IT PLEASE
