How do you take font runner or tracks. It's all real confusing. Where's the schedule???
Where is the tracking option? That was a huge benefit on the UTA Tracker App. I could see where my bus or train is in real time. I don't need to plan every trip I make, but knowing that my next ride has left or is still on its way made that app worth having. I'm calling this app half finished.
Transit Tracker was a much better app. This app forces me to either buy a ticket or plan a route. I do not need to buy a ticket or plan a route. I want to see where my train. The FrontRunner is all I ride. I cannot do this with this new app. Also, if I want to see the times for different stations throughout the day I cannot do that with this app. I would have to go station by station. Sometimes timing my route means looking at different options which includes different times. This is a half baked poorly done app. Leave it to UTA to screw something up.
No front runner or farepay support which is what I need as an everyday FrontRunner commuter. Unfortunately this app is uninspiring just like UTA's long term transportation vision. A solid 2 star effort. Download Google maps instead if you want trip planning. Skipping the kiosk could be cool if you're riding the bus.
This app would be great if all the times were not wrong in it. Please fix times to coincide with actual bus times then I will rate better. I've used for the past four days now and it has got every time wrong. I've just been texting times from bus stop numbers. That at least works.
Just used it. Worked pretty well. Bus drivers need more instruction though. I was confused about how the app worked, but the drivers were even more confused. They said they just needed to see the timer appear. Then I found the app also had the ability to display a QR code. Were they supposed to scan it? I did this instead of NFC because I've never used NFC from the bus before. I might use NFC next time just to see which is easier.
* This update includes behind the scenes improvements to our app stability.
* Ski fares are now available!
* We anticipate adding FrontRunner tickets in early 2018.
